A distinctive Caturra elevated through careful reserve barrel aging. This lot brings together classic Colombian clarity with the deep, resonant character of whiskey-seasoned oak — a coffee that draws from Captain Mancini’s creative side.

Harvested by Gloria Aristizabal at 5,906 ft in the Colombian Andes of Caldas. Grown in mineral-rich andisols formed from ancient volcanic ash, the shrubs draw magnesium, potassium, and iron that contribute to aromatic depth. After processing, the coffee is thoughtfully aged in reserve barrels, developing rich oak influence while preserving balance and complexity.

Tasting notes of grape, cherry, chocolate, and caramel unfold with a smooth, layered body and a subtle whiskey finish.
